Exchange inbox empty.

Refer to attached screenshot. My inbox definitely has emails sitting in there, but it is not showing in my inbox. The quick fix, I have to quit Mail and relaunch.

This is very annoying, as I have archive folders that I am switching in between refering to correspondence emails, once I switch it back to Inbox, the list is then empty. Is this a known issue?

Please advise. Thank you very much.

Same Problem

UT houston, health exchange account does not display messages in mail.app

When i launch the mail.app from dock, i do see all the exchange emails first time around, but exchange inbox disappears randomly after some time if i access other email accounts within the app.

then if i send an email to my exchange account, the exchng inbox emails reappear.

Clearly, mail app was working prior to the upgrade from Lion.

Apple techies- any solutions?

This has been an issue for some time, and I have reported it to apple several times. Another work around I have not seen suggested here is to create a Smart Mail box that just looks at the Inbox folder for your exchange inbox and it will display your messages, or it works that way for me. Here is how my Smart Mailbox setup looks:
