anti-keylogger apps?

are there any anti-keylogger apps for iphones? i know there programs for "spying" on someone or keylogging and having it sent to your email, but how do you prevent that? there is keyscrambler software for pcs/laptops etc, but i've tried searching both the app store and internet for discussions and haven't come up with anything....

Also important to note that some features offered by third-party custom keyboards such as Swype do offer a window of key-logging possibility since they need to transact with the maker's servers. So recommendation would be not to jailbreak the phone, have it up to date with the latest iOS release and not use anything but the standard keyboards that come with it.

My phone is "technically" up to date on iOS - but we don't have a service provider right now, so we are using them basically as an ipod touch through wifi. Would this still apply? And how can you detect it if someone has installed a program like that? When I first started researching it, it seemed the person would have to have physical access to your phone, but now there are programs advertising it can be installed without that....
