I have installed Mountain Lion on my MacBook pro/printing an issue.

I am having an issue with my Canon Pixma IP100 printer. It prints beautifully in most programs but, so far, Pages and Adobe reader have had major issues. In reader it prints the color portion but not the black and white, while in Pages it prints nothing. I have the latest driver installed and have tried about all I know to do. Anyone have any suggestions?
