I am having a problem putting music from my iphone to my new laptop's itunes account.

I currently have my iTunes account on my work computer and have had no issues syncing my iPhone to it. Yesterday I just bought a new laptop for my home and Apple TV and I can not figure out how to Sync it all so that I can then Home Share. I downloaded iTunes to my new laptop and connected my iphone however I cannot get the music on my phone to go to the music files in iTunes. It wont even let me put a check mark on the songs. Help please!😕
