"install network driver"

so i installed windows 7 home premium on my 2012 mbp yesterday, and i opened up internet connections in the bottom right... i didnt see any connections, although my ipad was connected, and so was my mbp, while running mountain lion... strange, but okay... so i click "troubleshoot"... then it says, "install a driver for your network adapter". and below that it says "windows did not detect a properly installed network adapter. if you have a network adapter, you will need to re- install the driver"

any help?
