Has anyone got hearing aids that work with iPhone?and have you anycomments?

Q: anyone use these with their hearing aids? is it ok,good,bad,or dont bother?
I have not -- don't need hearing aids myself, but Apple is working "with top manufacturers" to make "Made for iPhone hearing aids."
