I'm trying to change location settings but the whole thing is grayed out and I cannot make changes to any of it, cannot turn location services on or off, and cannot change individual settings for specific apps. can anyone help?

Settings>General>Restrictions...are yours on...Allow Changes>Location>On/Off.
I'm having the same problem. I have accomplished all that was mentioned, but I'm still unable to turn Location Services on. Please help.
