splitting icloud account during divorce

Hello

I am in the process of filing for divorce. My husband and I share an icloud account and have movies and music we share with each other and our ipads and iphones. How can I split off and get my own account and have all the purchases and stored movies and music moved to the account and my mac?

Thank you

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.4), Also have iPads and iPhones

You cannot split an account or move apps/media from one

account to another. You will have to decide who gets the

account and that person will have to pay the other for half

the apps/media or whatever distribution is considered fair.

Even if transfer were possible, you could not copy from one

to another so that both ended with all the items.
