ipod will not play music

Hi

My i-pod classic is fully charged and will switch on, but will not play music. It doesn't show up in i-tunes, but I can see it on 'my computer'

I've tried to reset it, and have followed the trouble shooting ideas - but still no joy....

Can anyone offer any advice, Please?
