i can't open the installed applications that had been worked for short time after installing,.. it reopens only when i install another one thin shut down or freez again,.. i want a solution if u please

i downloaded some applications as whatsApp, facebook,games,etc....from App store then when i press on them later , they didn't response,...the sceen just slightly shakethen regain as it is without opening

Try this, if it does not help go to settings>general>reset>reset all settings and no this will not erese any information.
