Q: i reset my i pod and it says itunes and a pic of usb cord .. im pluyged in to my computer and cant sync

i cant conect my ipod after i rest it . it is a second hand ipod given to me i reset it and noe i dont know how to sync or find the rigt file to get it started agin?

You need to connect the iPod to your computer and restore via iTunes. If the iPod does not appear under Devices in iTunes then see:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
To restore see:
iTunes: Backing up, updating, and restoring iOS software
