corrupt download

I purchased a program from the App Store for my Mac and the file is corrupt and will not install.

I have contacted the App Store CS and they were of pretty much no help.

The problem is that I can not redownload the program because the App store thinks it is already downloaded so all it keeps doing is trying to install the program and I get an error message stating that the file is corrupt.

Does anyone know where I can find the file it downloaded and if I delete it from there will the Apps Store then allow me to download it again?

Thanks,

Dave

I just ended up downloading it on my iMac, installed it, copied the file from the applications folder to the MacAir, launched the app and the entered my userID and Password to verify my account with iTunes ... voila it is working.

I still can not believe the CS could not fix this quickly for me ... i don't think I am the only one whom has ever had a file corrupted.
