Q: How do I see all of the books? It's only letting me see the free books?

What country are you in ? What is available in the ibookstore depends upon where you are (this page lists the types of content that are available in each country) - some country's only have free books, if the book publishers haven't granted Apple licenses to sell more recent books in a particular then Apple can't sell them. Do you have access to other ebook stores/apps e.g. Amazon/Kindle, Nook, Kobo etc ?
