Gaming Headset with Macbook Pro?

I just bought the new 2012 Macbook Pro Retina 2.3GHz and I was wondering if there was any way to connect my Earforce X11 Turtle Beach gaming headset to the computer and enable the mic feature. Since there is no audio in port on this computer, I'm only left with the audio out + USB.

What happens when I use voice chat in any program (not just games), I can hear the program's sounds and people's voices, but I can't turn on my mic due to the fact that my fan is going full speed and voice detection would pick that up and broadcast it to everyone.

Is there anyway that I can also enable the mic on my headset so that I can actually use the mic and not the built-in mic?

*By the way, I will mainly use the mic on Windows 7 running Boot camp.

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

I tried inserting both audio cables into the headphone port, and if I inserted the audio out cable, I would be able to hear everything through my headset, but my voice would still default through the built-in mic. If I inserted the audio in cable, I wouldn't be able to hear anything and it would still default to the built-in mic.
