Iphone 4s IOS 5.1.1 Exchange Mail keeps removing mail and resynching every few days.

Hi,


Can anyone shed any light why this keeps happening, it's killing user's 3G data allowance. Exchange Email account and only one user has this issue. I have created an account on my Iphone 4, IOS 5.1.1 and cannot recreate.
