Q: How do I uninstall Snow Leopard?

So you just want to downgrade from SL to Leopard?

Do you have the Leopard DVD? Boot into it and reinstall, is it in the nutshell. You will lose all previous stuff if it has not been saved elsewhere, so it would be a good idea to first backup your data/media/emails that you want to save. (you may have already done this) .

Upgrading from Leopard to Snow can carry your stuff forward, but downgrading does not do that. This is why you need to save all your data to reinstall / replace on to the freshly installed Leopard.

One more thing however. I recently upgraded from Leopard t Snow Leopard <always proudly behind the times> and I find it alright. So if you sorted out Safari, use version 5.1.7 available from here;

choose the older version, you may find Snow Leoaprd works OK and is worth persisting with.

No. It will restore the user data and applications etc., but you need the installer first.
