Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

I am running Lion and went to verify/fix perimissions and I get this warning and disk utility will not let me continue the fixing or verifying of permissions - what to do?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Log prints are not necessarily warnings, more usually just information stating what is happening. Most of it can be ignored, not for carelessness, but rather for its inconsequence.
