My Iphone 4 wont turn on!

Try plugging it in

While its plugged in try holding the lock button down and 2 second later hold the home button down while still holding the lock button down

How long did you hold both buttons? It can take up to 30 seconds. Also, charge with the wall charger for at least 15 minutes or with a computer for at least 30 minutes if the reset does not work the first time.

Try charging it for 2 hours, if it doesnt hold a charge then something is wrong with the battery. Call apple and ask to set up a repair. The battery is in the warranty and they should set you up with a replacement phone.
