Q: error-50 apps

i m using an i pod touch 32GB....i ve downloaded some free apps from the store and installed it to my pod...but some apps are not downloading....it always ends up showing error-50...i urgently require i book app which also i cannot download....

for all the above mention apps the download got stuck at somewhere in the middle....atleast fw kbs have been downloaded...looking forward to some help.....

i m using iTunes 10.5 i dont think that help works...and the other one was like greek to me.....wat do i do??
