Web Browsing History

I previously had a iphone 3G. I recently purchased an iphone 4S. On my previous phone, I had a setting where the phone didn't keep track of my web browsing. I would have to retype the same websites in all over, but I didn't have to delete the history. How do I do that on my iphone4s?
