Do the comic books I put in Comic Zeal get saved in a back up?
Just wondering if I restore my Ipad from this back up, will the comics I put in Comic Zeal be there?
Anyone know?

All data files should be backed up. But I recommend backing up to itunes, not iCloud (if you have it). iCloud restores can be very problematic (has been for many users).
