Can I still buy the previous vertios of OSX(lion) from apple

I'm wanton to make the upgrade from snow leopard to lion NOT mountain lion, but I cant find how download it. It's no on the mac app store any more either. Can I still buy OSX Lion?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

If you need to purchase Lion call 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775. Ask for a Sales Representative. They will check your Apple ID, and email you a code and instructions. The cost is $29.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download.
