Using new version of scrabble and clicked on a game to play. Game said "loading" and then froze.
Has happened before and I shut ipod off and when I turned it on again everything was ok. Not this
time. It will not shut down. I have a completely white screen. Went to "find my ipod" and it
shows device is offline. Any suggestions?

The scrabble game is frozen on my iPad. Saying I am not connected which I checked the settings and I am on wifi.
I did shut down and restart but the problem is still there. I have been away in Canada and it started on a plane.
