Error I get is: ///\iTunes64Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application

I tried to install iTunes on a new Windows 7 laptop and got the above error

iPad, New gen IPAD

So you should download iTunes for 32-bit Windows.

In the course of your troubleshooting to date have you worked through the following document?

iTunes: Windows reports that "iTunesSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application"
