Hi, I actually own an AirPort Express (1st generation) which is configured to create a wireless network (the AE is connected via ethernet cable to my router which in turns provides the Internet connection).

My idea is to buy a second AE (always 1st generation) to extend the network wireless, following the official Apple guide at (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4259?viewlocale=en_US) it tells in point 8. of the section Configuring the primary Wi-Fi base station: Select the “Allow this network to be extended” checkbox.

Unfortunately I don't find that checkbox in my Utility AirPort which is the 6.1 (610.31) version, the firmware of my AE is the 7.6.

I attach the info of my AE:AE.PNG

and the menu where I don't find the checkbox: Wireless.PNG

What am I doing wrong ?

Thanks, regards, Roberto.
