Reset mountain lion settings to default. Finder, Safari ,ect

Hello, I started with leopord or tiger. I have upgraded over the years to mountain lion. Ive changed so many settings that I would like to get back to what OSX is out of the box. However I dont want to reformat and re-install.

Is there a plist file I can delete that would set most settings like finder, safari, dock, and other settings that manage windows and other OS items back to default?
