How do I bring the message bubble back from limbo - it disappeared without my knowledge of why or how. I can find it when I double click on the change screen button but I'd like to find it on my desk top again. I tried to double click and drag - and that didn't work either.
I'm sure this is an easy fix.

By "message bubble" do you mean the Messages app icon? It cannot be removed so it has to be somewhere. Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
