need to create lots of apple id's

Hello Apple Gurus!

We are a growing organization and are going to be using lots of iPads and iPhones in our Enterprise. The powers that be have decided to create a unique Apple ID not tied to a credit card, for every employee with an IOS device. Are there any solutions for this? Or do we have to create and verify each one?? I have also been running into limitations on how many I can create. It seems to only let me do 3-7 per computer. There has to be a way to batch do these!

You can only link up to 5 devices on 1 AppleID.

If you are in the US, you could do what you wish to do with Apple's Volume Program.

If not in the US, its coming soon to other countries.

Apple limits the number of Apple IDs that can be created from a single computer in a 24 hour period. However, if you are an organization that is doing what you are doing (creating a bunch of IDs for each iPad/iPhone), you should be able to ask Apple to whitelist your IP address so that you can make a bunch of Apple IDs.
