Q: MacBook Air

I have a MacBook Air that I take to work.  I can print fine at home but when I take it to work it will not print.

It finds the printer but when I try and print it finds the printer but it says the door is open or paper tray is empty.

When I go and check paper is full and door is not open. The printer just continues to "think" but it will not print!

Can someone offer some suggestions on how I can fix this?

Thanks

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Open System Preferences > Pring & Scan > Print

Click:  Open Print Queue then delete the print queue.

If that doesn't help, open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder

Type or copy / paste:   ~/Library/Preferences

Click Go then move the com.apple.print.PrintingPrefs.plist file to the Trash.

    Try printing...
