Tabbing to fields FTW

Why-O-why can't I tab to ALL of the fields in the edit window anymore!?

Apple changed this in Lion and I hoped it would be fixed in M L, but NOoooooo.

How is this an improvement to th UI? Especially since one can tab to SOME of the fields.

Am I missing something? Is there some obscure setting tucked away somewhere?

Argh.
