Aug 18, 2012 12:17 AM in response to Trawalruby King_Penguin,If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)

Jan 31, 2013 1:08 PM in response to Trawalruby zappaboi,MY gosh, I have the same problem. I don't remember answering these kinds of questions anyways. This is really freaking me out, the reset secruity info was sent to an account of mine that wasnt even registered as apart of my apple account. The email i used to sign in with was not the email that the info that was sent. How can this possibly happen in the first place? Shouldn't the mail confirmation be sent to the account you signed in with? Kinda loco here......

Aug 15, 2013 1:39 PM in response to Jjordyyby King_Penguin,Only the first character is part of your rescue email address, the rest is hidden for security reasons (e.g. if somebody gets access to your account they can't see your rescue address). Do you have a hotmail address ? If you can't work out what that address is then you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset (you won't be able to view/change the address until you can answer 2 of your questions) : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

Sep 30, 2013 9:10 PM in response to Trawalruby AAT70,It seems no one sets the security questions. And no one can change them either. It keeps telling you to answer them, but we have no idea what to answer. There's no link to reset the security questions.
There are more problems, I cannot update the Apps on my iPhone as Apple doesn't recognise my new email address.
What else..what a headache.

Oct 1, 2013 12:08 AM in response to AAT70by King_Penguin,If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset link - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
