i was watching movies last night using my apple tv remote app through my iphone and today its not working ... i checked everything ... disconnected everything .. and still not working .. dont get it ... it was fine last night...anyone with suggestions

i was watching movies last night using my apple tv remote app through my iphone ... this evening its not working ?

i checked everything ... my wi fi ... disconnected everything for 30 seconds ... checked my sharing ... the apple tv remote is not working at all ... i am not able to use it to move anything on my tv ... the home sharing is on .. and still nothing ... suggestions?
