Q: I have an itouch 4 and having difficulty dragging converted mp4 videos to it. When I click on MOVIES, it shows icons to BROWSE MOVIES IN ITUNES and RENT MOVIES. I don't have any problems dragging music. Please help.

You may need a computer app like the free HandBrake to convert the format to one compatible with the iPod.
