I have same problem, too.

I don't use boot camp.

DU says "Do not surppoort recover Live file system".

I am Japanese, so this wornning appears in Japanese.

My MBP work with SSD cirucial M500 960MB.

I check SSD's smart status with a utility DriveDx.

But it indicate very clean status.

Next, I make USB install Disk that can bootup on OSX 10.9.

Check SSD from This USB's DU.

It still says updating windows boot.ini.

Something wrong EFI partition or not ?

Google this probrem in Japanese.

So, find an answer in Japanese apple discussion bord.

It says,

"OSX has a structure that is required to start Windows inside, so the warnning appears no installing windows, maybe. I seen same warnning my several Macs, but they are no problems. Do not worry about this warnning, I think. I think it is not nessesary to concern. There is a matter that we had seen a long time unnessesary alarm display "repair the access rights" DU is."

So, I also think do not care this probrem.
