Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer via File > Transfer Purchases - you may also want to copy photos and any important documents off the iPad as well e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case. You can then force a backup of the iPad by right-clicking the iPad 'Device' on the left-hand side of iTunes and selecting 'Backup'.
You can then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand side of iTunes, and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button.

If you buy a film from iTunes on your iPad then it should download into the iPad's Videos app. If the films that you want to buy aren't available in your country's store then it's because the film studios haven't granted Apple a license to sell them there.

Ur answer help me and solve my problem but i have one question more
If i update my ipad to ios5 then,,,can i lost my all apps
Or i played angry birds all levels so i want to know if i update to ios5 then again i have to play all levels and cross again all levels
Or it will normally update like evrything same before only ipad update to ios4.3.3 to ios5 and i will not lost anything like my songs and my all played game
As long as you copy your purchases to your computer's iTunes first (File > Transfer Purchases) then your apps will be on your computer and if you also force a backup (the update process should do a backup itself but there is no harm in you forcing one), then the update process will be able to copy your apps and their content/settings (including game progress) back to the iPad after installing iOS 5.1.1 on it.
The 'transfer purchases' will also copy your iTunes music purchases to your computer if they aren't already on there. If you have music from other sources (e.g. CDs) on your iPad then the 'trasnfer purchases' won't copy them back - if they aren't already on your computer and you don't have them on a backup then you will first need to find a program for your computer that can copy them back.
