straighten iPhoto
When I go to straighten a photo
- the angle percentage is too great.
How do I change the percentage to 1% intervals?

Do it in two steps: (Assuming you are using the latest iPhoto '11, version 9.3.2 like me)
Let's say, you want to adjust the horizon by 35.2°
- First adjust the horizon roughly to the correct tilt 35° by dragging the scrollbar quickly.
- Then drag very slowly and the angle intervals will get smaller to finely adjust the angle.
