Q: Mountain Lion - I can't get to my own albums through system preferences

I'm trying to creat a new screen saver in Mountain Lion but the interface in system preferences is different form all the help files in Apple and I can't access my iphoto albums to set the screen saver. 

macbook pro 15", Mac OS X (10.6.4)
