Q: How do you change iTunes User ID name?

Hi Everyone,

 

I will be cancelling my Email acct used for iTunes.

 

How do I keep my saved content in iTunes but change my iTunes User ID and Password?

 

If, I create a new acct. will I lose all of my collected content from my old acct?

This is in fact what I did when my old email provider was taken over and I moved on - I kept the non-working email address for my AppleID fro iTunes and still use it now.
