I've seen a number of users who say they have received mail back from Apple stating that they are currently unable reset the questions and will be in touch soon.

Now this could mean that not all support staff are singing from the same hymn sheet and some are being reset whilst othgers aren't. OR they simply don't know how to reset them at the moment and are working on a solution. OR there are so many to reset, that the mail is buying some time while they deal with the backlog.

Either way, my standard response is now to direct them to support, it seems fairly clear that the user can reset the questions themselves.
