Im in Iraq ineed unlock network

Contact the wireless carrier to which your iPhone is locked and
ask them if they provide unlocking and if you qualify. There is no
other legitimate way to get your iPhone unlocked.
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>Carrier?
