Can I upgrade SD purchases to HD without having to buy the content a second time?

I've just recently upgraded to a computer that makes 1080P purchases make sense, but i have tons of SD content that I'm interested in upgrading. I'm wondering if there is a way to do this without buying it seprately. I'd just like to upgrade or pay the difference if that is an option. Anyone who can offer some guidance would be much appreciated.
