Cannot tab between creative suite applications after Acrobat 10.1.4 update

I updated Acrobat X today to 10.1.4 and I can no longer tab between Creative Suite (5.5) applications - they are open and functioning when I select them from the dock - but when I try to command-tab between applications - no CS applications are visible to select.

Any help hugely appreciated.
