Jumps from Ch1 in one book to Ch1 in another!!!

I don't understand iTune. Why is it that it jumps to Chapter 1 in another book instead of going to ch 2 in the present one!?? How can I fix this. I have tried various setting in "get info" but no matter what I do it stays the same. Please give feed back.
