Can my samsung galaxy sync with my iPad??

I have just brought a new iPad. I have managed to sync it with my main computer with very little problem. However I have a samsung galaxy s 2 mobile. I have tried pairing it via bluetooth but it is not supported. When I needed it to sync with my main computer I had to download a program called kies. Does anyone know

If there is an app or any other way I can sync the iPad and the mobile.
