IWeb

I use IWeb for my web site via FTP. Since upgrading to Mac 10.8 everything works fine but when I play side show

the back, forword and play arrows do not show only a squire box with a question mark in the box. But when clicking on these boxes

the side show works fine.

Any idears

It looks like it. Be sure to make a copy of the file before modifying in case there's problems you can fall back on to the backup's file, copy and reedit. If that works with the supporting files you put on your server you can use that same file to replace the file in iWeb for a "permanent" solution for future slideshows.

Changing the JavaScript file has nothing to do with the HTML Snippet.

You either edit the file in the published Sites folder or in the iWeb package itself.

If you edit the file in the iWeb package you may need Administrator rights to save the changes.

Besides that, to make your slideshow domainname independent use this :

var baseURL = "/slideshow/";

In one of the two files Wyodor mentioned:

"You either edit the file in the published Sites folder or in the iWeb package itself.

If you edit the file in the iWeb package you may need Administrator rights to save the changes."
