iPad mail

My mail account won't work. It says that I need to verify it. I don't know what to do. Pease help.

You could start with checking all of the information that you entered into the settings for that email account and make sure that the username and password that you have entered are correct. Since passwords are case sensibility, make sure that you are using the correct upper and lower case characters in your password.


If you still don't get anywhere, sometimes the easiest and best thing to do is to delete the account and just start over again.
