i have locked up my phone and it now says iphone is disable connect to itunes so i connected it to intues and itunes isnt reconignizing my phone and i dont know what to do?

Hey, You need to put your device in recovery mode. Hold down the home button + the on/off switch at the same time while plugged into the computer. A Restore will be needed.

you are locked on the "slide to unlock" screen? how many times did you try using the wron password?

after (I believe) 3 failed attempts you are locked out for a certain length of time, and if you keep doing it you will be locked out again. I dont recommend you keep trying. If you cant remember the password to get in, the only think you can do is restore the phone as new.

you dont need to put you phone in recovery mode all you do is plug it into itunes and hit restore

whether its in recovery mode or you plug it in to itunes and hit restore- you end up doing the same thing. wiping the phone.

but what do you do if it doesnt say restore in itunes
