My Ipod won't sync...Any suggestions?
iPod nano, Windows XP
Why won't the iPod sync with iTunes? Are you getting any error messages during the sync process or when you connect the Nano to your PC? Does the iPod even appear in iTunes? Just looking for some more information.

I don't get any messages. It doesn't even appear in I-tunes. I have 2 ipods (nano 3rd gen) and neither one will syc.

What have you tried so far in terms of troubleshooting this issue? Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port on the back of your PC?
What happens if you try to reset the device with it still connected to the PC?
Has this iPod ever worked on this PC or is this the first time you have time you have tried connecting it?
Have you carefully worked through each and every single suggestion in this Apple support document?

I tried the USB on the back of the PC...no luck
I reset the IPod...no luck
Ipod #1 worked in the past...I Pod #2 has never worked on this PC
I tried reinstalling ITunes.
I tried the IPod not recognized link...no luck

What appears on either iPod's display when you have them connected to your PC? Do they charge? Have you tried using another USB sync cable?
See if either of them appear in Device Manager.
iPod: Does not appear in Windows or iTunes and Device Manager is empty
