How to restore Macbook Pro to factory settings?

hey i have macbook pro upgraded to MAC OS X lion (10.7.4). i want to get this pro on to factory settings. i read on discussion/help section here that it needs Disc for that. but when i bought OS Lion i downloaded from app store. so i don't have a disc. so is there anyway that i can do factory settings without disc?

note: i don't have my original copy of snow leopord disc as well. can i use someone else's to restore facotry settings and then upgrade to Lion afterwards from my purchase? 1st i would like to do it simple why rather than making any confusion....

Boot holding down the command-r keys into the Lion Recovery disk. You'll see your options there.

Just do as sig says - hold down the Command and R keys while booting. This will take you to the Lion recovery disk (a small partition on your hard drive). You can erase your disk from here using Disk Utlity and restore Lion by using Internet recovery. Make sure that you have a good Internet connection because Internet recovery can take quite awhile.
