How do I dispute double billing on my itunes account. I purchased an app and now they have charged me twice. Help

**** They will swear up and down you were never double charged. ITunes has for years been double charging me for subscriptions that aren't even scheduled to renew yet by bumping weeks old payments down to pending. Now I know why the numbers never add up when asked why iTunes is always seemingly taking a more then needed amount of money out of my account.
Dispute it with your bank it's a lost cause getting ITunes to admit to it let alone refund you within a timely manner or even answer you in a timely manner. Or at the price of alittle dignity if you want help now. Drive down to the Apple Store and be 'that' person who makes a huge scene until they give up the run around and help you instead of blaming you.
